Stylus is a human mutant, exhibiting no physical mutations.
He is quite intellectual and scholarly, making his way in the world by wandering the land aiding folk (for a price) with their learning, their words, and translating ‘old world tech/writin’.

He’s not a ‘pretty sight’, but he is personable enough; and will amiably get along with anyone who shows him equal respect.

He wears the average-like garb of any man travelling ... with some basic studded armour for protection, his backpack full of stuff for living on the road, and a trusty, useful axe at his side.
Notable, however, are the many scroll cases attached to the exterior of the backpack (as well as the bedroom with blanket at the bottom).
