Mallador is a very sick mutant, with green skin and a periodic tendency to lunacy.
Ugly and frail, members of the tribe find themselves on occasion attacking him, just because. As such, he tends to live on the edge of things, but the tribe has found him useful in combat, and he lashes out with bolts of electricity when the charge has built up in his body.
He is slow in movement and thought, but his ability to endure areas of radiation has proven useful as well.
