Pliskin seems to be a lanky but well muscled man in simple clothes. He wears some sort of grappling hook on a line at his hip. Wrapped around his torso is a fairly large python, which is very much alive and moves on it's own, or at his silent command. If one gets a close look, you might see small gills in the sides of his neck, and further notice his strange yellow eyes.
