Kallistos appears to be a normal, if very tall, human with rugged good looks. His eyes are a deep ocean blue color. His hair is a light brown, kept fairly trimmed, usually with a light beard or scruff as well. He stands several inches shy of seven feet in height, with a rail-thin athletic body. He appears to be in his mid-twenties.

He has many tattoos, many of them mundane, but all his tattoos are beautiful elaborate works of art. He has the typical Marks of Heritage tattoos, the Clan-specific one being a heavy rapier sword covered in orange flames. He also has a heart with large angelic wings, a rose with thorns dripping blood, a stylized shark, and a skull engulfed in flames.

Almost always seen by his side or nearby, there is a winged lizard that looks like a miniature dragon with a long tail and neck, powerful rear legs and smaller front claws that have three fingers and an opposable thumb. It is gold-colored but with a silver underbelly, and silver eyes. It is about six feet long from nose to tail, three free tall at the shoulder and has a seven foot wingspan.
