Ciprian is a Carpathian male, age 738 yrs old, who rose through the ranks if the Order of the Dragon.  He has a twin sister Celeste also in the Order of the Dragon.  He is 6’ 6” tall with long back hair he neatly keeps pulled back in a leathered tied ponytail.  He has dark indigo blue eyes that turn black when fighting.  He is not over muscular but a well honed athletic build.  He is always quiet and reserved in dealing with anyone.  All business and works his fellow colleagues of the Order hard daily when not fighting vampires.  The Order are called in when another Carpathian hunter is out numbered  or as security for the Prince and others at gatherings. Rumour has it that there is an ancient one still about who used to be the head of the order.  If so Ciprian would bow down  to give that one Leadership.
