One day Satan came to God with a wager. He told God if given control of a city, he and his demon generals could corrupt all that lived within its boundaries.God believed that His creations, His humans would not succumb to the lure of damnation.
The bet was made.
If Satan won he got to keep all that he ensnared and add them to his hellish legion.
If God won, Satan would accept His dominion and the war between good and evil would finally be over.
