Devin stands 5'9" of average build and looked to be shy of twenty years, if one had to guess.  He's obviously a follower of Auril by the Sky Sigil hanging plainly from about his neck.  His hair is poorly cut and his face clean shaven.

If one could look earnest and bewildered at the same time, his face would be a good example.
