Appearance: Of average height, but if an undeniably feminine build, Cynna turns heads wherever she goes. Mostly due to her long mane of silvery hair, which she usually wears braided in some manner. She walks with her back straight and her chin held high, her sharp eyes seemingly noticing far more than anyone would like. Her face is well-proportioned and by human standards, she is considered attractive, even though there is something in her overall looks and mannerisms that speaks of something not entirely human.

That something is the fact that Cynna is a magic-user, infused at birth with the spirit of a silver fox, and she picked up many traits attributed to the animal itself. She speaks in a clear, resonant voice, moves silently when she wants to, and seems to have an almost unearthly elegance to her movements, despite not having a lick of elven or other non-human heritage in her bloodline.

Though mostly her eyes appear a clear pale blue, when she uses magic, they turn into a bright, intensely glowing ice-blue, which corresponds to the color of her magic. In those cases, two large, white fox ears can be seen forming atop her head, and they work just as any animal ears would. Her fingernails can also elongate into dark-colored claws, and her upper and lower fangs elongate and become more pointed while magic is being used.

Personality: Cold, cunning and calculated are the three words mostly used for Cynna when describing the initial impression she leaves on people. All three are true, as Cynna is every bit a royal advisor and in charge of perhaps the most delicate and dangerous of magic usage - curse removal. Due to the seriousness of her job and position, she grew to be professional at all times, rarely losing her composure and raising her voice.

Though she is perceived as almost antisocial, Cynna is actually simply used to being alone, given that her spirit is generally considered mischievous and calculating, and thus best to be avoided. In truth, Cynna is deeply emphatic and can become close to someone if she likes them enough. It doesn't take much for her to like someone, if said someone manages to somehow overcome all the walls she built around herself. She is also terribly curious and often ends up in situations she wouldn't be in, if she only kept her nose out of other people's business.

Abilities/Skills:
Foxwitch: Infused with the spirit of a silver fox, Cynna possesses near-animalistic heightened senses. She can see, smell, and hear better than the average human can. She can partly shape-change and wield magic which specializes in illusion at will.

Curse-Breaker: Due to her proficiency with magic, she had learned to harness her power through sigils and rituals, which eventually turned her into a very successful curse-breaker, due to her innate ability to see through "falsehoods", as she calls them. In her interpretation, a curse is nothing more than a lie given form, and since she can see through them, she can also find a way to unweave them from a cursed person and return their altered state into "truth", aka what their state should be.


History: Not much is known about Cynna's past, except that she was left at the temple of Alusei as an infant, the sign of the "unlucky" Silver Fox etched into her chest. Now, as an adult, she bears the mark still, embossed into her skin above her heart, as a constant reminder that even though Fate dealt her an unfortunate hand, she is the one who chooses what to do with it. Raised by the Alusei monks, she developed her power under their guidance and learned how to use it to the benefit of others, which soon landed her work at the palace of the king. Some years later, she rose in ranks and eventually gained the title of "Chief Curse-Breaker", after she successfully tore down a severe curse from the King's nephew, which no one was able to remove for the better part of 15 years. Since then, Cynna has taken her job very seriously and has devoted her life to serving the crown and all the members of the royal line, unaware that this has put a large target on her back, for what is the stability of the royal house, if they're sucessible to devastating curses again?
