Einar stands at an imposing 201 cm (6'7"), with broad shoulders and a lean, muscled body from a life of hard work and wilderness living.
His eyes are a predatory yellow, and small tusks stick out from his lower lip. His thick black hair  is shoulder length, and usually kept out of his eyes in a rough ponytail or braid. Many small scars from both woodwork and animal claws litter his forearms, chest and legs, though his face is untouched except for a small claw mark across his forehead. His face is usually kept roughly clean shaven or with a day or twos worth of shadow. Which on an orcblooded man is the equivalent of a human not shaving for a week, incidentally.

He wears rough but wellworn and solid travel clothes, a combination of strongly woven cotton shirts, a leather vest and solid leather pants of the same make. He wears simple and walked in boots, clearly made for offroad travel, and for cold weather he has a cloak made from the pelt of a large wolf and thick gloves.
He carries a large well-balanced woodcutter's axe on his back, though it looks to have been reinforced to make it useful for combat. He also carries a pack of javelins, two smaller axes in his belt, and a carved wander staff.
His backpack is filled with all the essentials for travel and survival, holding an assortment of simple but sturdy gear.
