Short Bio: Born and raised in Austin, Arthur comes from a long line of law enforcement officers, starting with his great grandfather. He served in the Austin P.D. for twenty years, but when his wife died of liver cancer nearly three years ago, he wanted to be closer to his daughter Jamie. He moved to Haven and joined the local sheriff's office. When Sheriff Blacke retired last year he endorsed Arthur, who got elected by a landslide. Since then he's been focussed on running what might be the quietest beat in the USA and helping out with his daughter's training.
