Short Bio: Sarah was a competitive cheer leader in high school. It wasn't like that! She wasn't in it for the status or popularity. She took it seriously and worked damn hard to be the best she could be. It was athletic and gymnastics not parties and gossip.

She was in a really bad relationship back then, with a football player, of course. Thankfully, she got out of it, but she spun around emotionally for a while. How could she be so weak to stay there as long as she did and let him to those things to her?

Oddly, he was really interested in working out with her, it was one of the things they did together. After a while, she realized that she really enjoyed that aspect, and she wanted to reclaim it for herself. She found a circle of friends to support her and loved getting stronger. Some might say she went too far, but she is healthy, smart about it and loves being strong and getting stronger. What's wrong with that?

Her room mate recently told her that the women's rugby team is recruiting and looking for some power up front. You don't really need to know much about rugby. Sarah is seriously considering trying out.
