DnD 5e: Rime of the Frostmaiden
Auril the Frostmaiden has for reasons unknown weaved a beautiful aurora above Icewind Dale, a powerful spell that prevents the sun from rising above the mountain tops. Thus, Icewind Dale and its denizens are trapped in a different reality from the outside world, one of cruel, cold darkness. While the people of Tentowns are distraught, they cling desperately to their old way of life - or what little remains of it.
