Xani d'Lyrandar spends as much time down on the water in her sleek racing sailboat as she can, leaning off the gunwhale into a heel and taking her Lightning as close to the wind as she can. There’s hardly a sailor more competitive. But the great variety of flowers in the garden bed outside the boathouse best mark her passage: each day after cleaning her boat she uses her staff to plant a new flower.

Off the water she is kind and courteous and cheerful, with the exception of anyone wearing a green feather: upon seeing one her eyes instantly narrow and she begins looking over her shoulder and is eager to head elsewhere.

She is tall for a half-elf maid; nearly 6’ tall. She is broad of shoulder with generous hips, though unless she’s aboard a boat in waterman attire, the tails of her layered dresses obscure her figure.

Her hair is brown and braided in places, but she lets it fly free on windy days, where she’ll often be seen sitting on the corner ledge of the tower’s third level, legs kicking at the void beneath her, face turned towards the wind, smiling, eyes closed against the cool of the air and warmth of the sun.
