This game is about surviving and thriving in the Appalachian region of North America in the aftermath of an extinction level Apocalyptic event.
It has been a long long time since the Apocalypse and things that are common to modern folks are rare and valuable items to the people of Appalachia. Some things are more or less available in certain area but pre-dark weapons and tech are relatively hard to come by everywhere and ammunition is the closest thing to currency in use in most places.
The game will use a very flexible rules lite system.
