Riggins is a jolly looking rosy cheeked, blonde haired rapscallion.  He's short and not particular stout, which he often laments.  He takes care to keep his shining blonde hair clean and dapper when not in the field, but as soon as he's expected to 'get to sneaking' he'll promptly dunk his head in mud and throw a cap on so it doesn't give him away.
