Victor is a tall, potentially handsome man whose looks are spoiled-- somewhat-- by a ragged-looking scar that cuts across  his right cheekbone. He is in his late middle age, with his hair graying at the temples and his face giving way to crow's feet and frown lines.  His clothing is immaculate: a vibrant forest green opera coat (with matching wide-brimmed hat) layered on top of a heather gray three-piece suit, a black shirt, and a dark yellow tie with golden threads in a subtle geometric pattern. His tie chain and cufflinks are polished pewter, monogrammed with the single letter D.

He speaks English with a pronounced Western drawl that is absent when speaking his native Latverian, or any other language.
