SFX: Area Attack -- Add a d6 and keep one additional effect die for each extra target.

SFX: Counterstrike -- On a reaction against a PHYSICAL attack action, inflict EMOTIONAL stress with your effect die at no PP cost or spend a PP to step it up by +1

SFX: Penance Stare -- On a roll that includes Hellfire Blast and inflicts Emotional Stress, spend 1 PP to include a second Effect Die for a Haunted By Sin Complication. Step up both Effect Dice. You may not use the Penance Stare against a character who is already Haunted By Sin.

SFX: Second Wind -- Before you make an action including a Face of Vengeance power, you may move your PHYSICAL STRESS die to the doom pool and step up the Face of Vengeance power by +1 for this action.

SFX: Immune -- Spend 1 PP to ignore stress, trauma, or complications from toxins, disease, suffocation, or any other effect that only attacks a living body.

Limit: Only the Devil's Due. Hellfire Blast only affects living targets with souls and consciences.

Limit: Purpose of Vengeance. Shutdown Face of Vengeance if there are no innocent victims to avenge in a conflict.

Limit: Growing Dread. Count 1s and 2s on dice as opportunities when using a Face of Vengeance

SFX: Afflict/Grapple -- Add a d6 and step up your effect die by +1 when inflicting Grappled complication on a
target.

SFX: Burst/Ricochet -- Step up or double an Implements of Vengeance die against a single target. Remove the highest rolling die and add 3 dice for your total.

SFX: Berserk -- Add a die from the doom pool to one or more attack actions. Step up the doom pool die by +1 for each action; return it to the doom pool when you’re done.

SFX: Multipower -- Use two or more Implements of Vengeance powers in a single dice pool at -1 step for each additional power.

Limit: Linked to Face of Vengeance.
