Description: Barbara bears the same odd pale skin as her twin, Carpet, a hint at the strangeness that follows the two of them around. The spirit-touched Garou is always a little cooler than the air around her should make her, but she never seems to feel it. Conversely, she hates the heat. Her black hair is long and thin, like her frame, and is streaked with blue.
She prefers to wear alternative fashion that skirts the line between Goth and Punk, but rarely opts for style over practicality. Nothing that she wears is anything she would hate to lose.
Notes: Barbara and her twin brother, Carpet, are largely inseparable. This serves to make them very effective in combat but a downright nuisance at any other time. The members of the Sept are sure to keep the two of them as busy as possible at all times. Barbara is nonetheless the more reliable of the two, and keeps her brother in line most of the time.
