Description: Piggi-Billa is hardy and industrious, appearing as a large example of the common short-beaked echidna. His spines glow faintly from within when he is angry or frightened, and foes would do well to stay clear.
Notes: The patron spirit of the outcast and shunned, Piggi-Billa is protective of his adopted children. He can always be found in the Penumbra of the Tarra Valley if one looks closely enough, but he can be very evasive when he doesn't wish to be found.
