Description: Tulu the Kookaburra is still chuckling over that song proclaiming him the King of the Bush. He appears as a huge male kookaburra, often with a snake-spirit in his strong beak, the blue flecks in his wings iridescent with power. His watchful eyes see all that goes on.
Notes: The laughter of Tulu can be heard all the way through the Tarra Valley, and when war comes that laughter takes on a hard, vicious edge. Tulu has no fear of the Wyrm's minions and would far prefer to perish than allow even one of them to take purchase in the land. Yongar may be the Totem of War, but it is Tulu'a laughter that rings out as the battlecry.
He can be found in the Penumbra of the Tarra Valley, occasionally having laughing contests with Bougoodoogahdah. There's no telling who wins. Ever.
