A hulking brute of a man, not much is known about Deacon or his past.  However during the first few days of Chaos he seized upon the confusion and chaos to form a band of scavengers and marauders known as the Acolytes that have begun brutally scavenging supplies throughout the southwest.

He runs the gang with an Iron Fist, but also ensures that the most loyal of his followers are richly rewarded.
