King Branneron has unified the Empire of Salador.But conquering an Empire and maintaining an Empire are two different things.
Guiding that empire to glory is another endeavor entirely.
Protecting that Empire, a sacred duty.
To do so, an Emperor needs intelligence. He must know what is happening among the people. He must have champions among the people, of the people, that can speak for the people- even while the Emperor is surrounded by the equivalent of political horseflies buzzing about with their opinions.
King Branneron is recruiting a small group in secret. It will solve problems as an initial response unit, gather intel, and report directly to the crown. It must be diverse in cultures and skills, as they will need to be able to travel the world under convincing cover story. Having members that know and can traverse the Saladorian Empires patchwork of cultures and people effectively.
