How1s is rarely separated from his lap-top which seemingly miraculously connects to the internet at all times.  In fact he never talks.  Only the voice from his laptop speaks on his behalf with a halting robotic singsong [like Stephen Hawkins' voice].
H0w1s' appearance is always artfully unkempt.
