Azu did not arrive first or last, but somewhere in between. She wore the uniform of the Watch, her insignia indicated she was an Inspector, a detective if you will. She wore leather armor, a long oiled sealskin coat, and a big heavy backpack. It seemed she was prepared in advance for an expedition. She did not have forewarning, but did know of the journey of the youngsters. The Watch had been asked to keep their drawn pictures at each guard pose, which they had done. She carried no visible weapons, but did have several bags hanging from the backpack's harness and pockets in her coat and uniform so weapons were not out of the question.
