Patron: Star Captain Russell Sukhanov

Captain Sukhanov believes in encouraging and investing in his soldiers. Each year he takes three to five recruits under his wing, treating them as sons and daughters. He brings them home for dinners, encourages them in sports, counsels them through hard times and takes an active interest in all their goals and training. This year, Katlina has been one of his favored cadets.
