Sietnyas is an Irvhir kobold from the Cogs below Sharn, with dull greenish black scales and a toothy grin. Alert and curious, though maybe not the sharpest knife in the drawer, he's always on the lookout for something interesting to add to the collection of peculiar things in his pack. He's above average in size for his kind (which admittedly is still on the small side), and surprisingly strong for his stature.
