Physical Description:
        Short, heavily muscled, mildly tanned, light brown eyes, black hair buzzed down to "peach fuzz", clean shaven.  Not the best looking face, but it can look kind when he wants, or scary when he's upset.  When he isn't in armor or uniform, he tends to wear blue jeans, plaid shirts, & his favorite cowboy hat, a gift from his parents.
        When geared for combat, he wears the typical Juicer plate armor, in "grey" camo pattern, a matching multi optic helmet w/ built in radio, & optional gas mask.  He has a selection of weapons to choose from, depending on what the mission demands.  He always carries at least 1 knife & pistol, even in civies, unless he's in a "no carry" city.  When loaded for battle, he'll have his forearm double virbro blades, as many as 4 knives, 1 or 2 pistols, a rifle, maybe a heavy weapon, & up to 6 hand grenades.
        His "standard" loadout (scouting, long range, or "general purpose" missions) includes his Vibro blade bracer, a vibro knife, a combat knife, a survival knife, MP-10 caseless pistol, Wilk's 227 pulse pistol, 4 hand grenades, & JA-12 assault rifle.  2 extra mags each for the pistols, 6 extra for the rifle, 4 extra tube grenades.   If he is bringing a heavy weapon, he'll bring 2 full reloads for it, & swap the JA-12 for the JA-11.  The end result is a short man covered in weapons & ammo.
        He is often accompanied by "Princess", a young black dog of mixed breeds.  She looks like she might be part Great Dane, Labrador, & German Shepherd, though it is unclear.  She is over 80cm tall & 70kg.  She isn't friendly to strangers, but anyone who spends a week or so on good terms with Willy will find her acting more sociable than her adopted owner.

Disposition:
        At only about five & a half feet tall, "Willy" is an unusual looking individual.  Although short, he is massively muscled, causing some to under estimate him, & some to be cautious.  He is accustomed to being the shortest person in the room, but he still doesn't like being teased about it.
        He's become fond of Dog Boys, other mutants & "furry people", finding them to be "better company" than "normies" or "squishies".  He's still getting used to being around the more unusual "people", like elves, or anything "stranger", & Psi-Stalkers just plain give him the creeps ("something wrong about them").  He hates Simvan, since most of what he has seen from them is at best "rowdy" behavior, but more often it is downright banditry.
        He has a soft spot for small or domesticated animals, & often has a few small re-sealable bags of "snacks" on him, including some sweets for himself or friendly children.  When not hunting, on a mission, or in combat, he seems to quietly dote on Princess.
