Project Soulsteel Interpolation
The four parameters of the PSI are as follows:
- Prime Objective: Interface with the Metropolis; Imperative Triage for the anomaly known as "Non-Void Essence Quasar" (N-VEQ or In-Vec).
- N-VEQ occurred approximately 180,000 days ago; exact date is documented internally by Imperative Triage.
- N-VEQ displayed an unparalleled essence signature, and along with it an unknown mineral with a soulless mortal inside it.
- This mineral has rejected attempts to harvest the uncanny properties.
- Mass Penetrating Scan easily bypasses the mineral.
- The soulless mortal has no soulgem
- The soulless mortal has vague inhuman features; most specifically rat whiskers. Heinous origins aside, neither the Mortal, nor the mineral have any trace of Void.
- N-VEQ registered as an essence degree truly beyond any Patropolis or Metropolis. Interfacing with this event is critical.
- Newest MIA Archon, Golden Rule, sent to deal with Gremlin cell known to have claimed two other Champions in the past 4,000 days. These Champions were likewise sent to investigate Gremlin activity.
- Golden Rule is a class ***** Archon known for his Personality Override Spike always installed. Sent by the Tripartate to rid the growing Gremlin mob, and uncover the disappearance of those two below. Afforded Orichalcum to transition to a Collusus, Golden Rule preferred to express his mortal aptitude, and prevent inherent Clarity. Sent after more than 600 days passed from the first sortie, and 300 after the second. Golden Rule's mission was to bring information, and statistics of the Gremlin cell. Golden Rule has not reported to any VAT, nor sent his simple, but mobile familiar to report for him.
- Apex Trundle is a class **** Plotweaver noted for incredible Clarity, and dedication to efficient craft. Apex Trundle adopted a life devoid of romance, luxury and personal interaction. Apex Trundle left a standing militia of 1,000 men never deployed, but at the ready if any Collosi were to call upon this command.
- Eventual Termination is a class *** Unblinking Eye noted for his ability to fire a personnel class lightning ballista, with soulsteel celestial battle armor, and the artifacts (charms) Mass Penetrating Scan and Dedicated Harmonic Targeting always installed. He was often assigned the discipline of the mortal populace, favoring nonlethal means of subduing renegades and using his custom artifact "Fever Branding Meathook" to soften such rebels to becoming useful members of society.
- Famine has spread from (a nation) and led to cannibalism. This began no less than 80 days prior.
- Extermination may be necessary to prevent disease among the populace.
- Alternative sustenance engines will be needed even if the mortals are to be assigned by Triage.
- Oil Pole has been cited as having contaminates, such as seroma, and most distressing an animate fluid that has the scent of sentience, and may be an unparalleled intoxicant. The scent is said to possess emotion and false memories. One quart of the fluid has been attempted to be distilled for study, and under repeated inspection, over the past 170 days, has remained distinctly separate. A total of four cups of this fluid act independently, and react consistently to stimulus. The fluid is nonflammable, but has a continual close proximity miasma of the vague intoxicant.
