Howdy, go on an have a seat by the fire. Yeah I heard the sounds out there too, why I got this scattergun here. No, I don' reckon that's just a coyote, I'm afraid it's somethin' a might bit worse. See, I'm a member of a group that knows somethin' bout things in the dark. Yep, that's right the Explores Society only...well inside that organization there's another. Call ourselves the Twilight Legion. Yeah, it's a funny name but got a good purpose to it.
See, things are happenin' that lots of folks aren't aware of, an' that's good cause it keeps 'em from fearin' what's out there. Why's that important, well, I'll tell you all about that if I can. See, I been watchin' you an' I think you got what the Legion needs. I'm hopin' you'll have a chance to decide to join us.
Why wouldn' you have a chance?
Well 'cause the howlin's stopped an' that can only mean one thing. In about a minute you an' I are gonna be fightin' for our lives an' you ain't gonna like what's commin' for us.
