Since arriving in Khorvaire Vishra has worked as a contractor to the Sharn City Watch, providing enhanced psychic interrogation techniques to compliment the watch's more traditional physical methods. During one interrogation the witness divulged a link between the dragon marked houses and the plane of Dal Quor, and her Quori spirit (named Ashati, hence her compound name Ashati Vishra) is fixated on the connection like a conspiracy theorist. She presents as a Human rather than a Kalashtar, it's just easier to do her job when she's not perceived as "foreign".
