A thin, short and very pale man normally clothed in his black ceremonial robe of office with its accompanying silver pendant, Lamonte does not look like much at all.  A stiff breeze might break him.  He has a long face, a bulbous nose, very deep set eyes that seem to have a dark ring around them, a tall forehead and thin wispy graying hair.  His voice is scratchy and his features awkward and unpleasant.  What he does have is a wicked countenance, and his pale brown eyes are so very animated.  He seems to notice everything, and acts like he can read minds sometimes, which has an unnerving effect despite the fact he just looks so frail.
