Sam is a fairly average lad as far as his appearance goes, with curly brown hair and brown eyes. He is a tall and broadly built young man.

He cares deeply for the people in his life, especially his ill father and his friend Edwin Worthey, even if he is a bit impulsive. He tends to indulge far more than he should in his ale. However, he is also a fiercely loyal friend, and wouldn't turn his back on anyone.
