Polly Durbin's cousin and Scorch Norton's local potter, Emma makes finewares for use rather than display, though her 'fancy jugs' running with fruit and vine leaves are very beautiful. Those making coarse ware for their own use can make use of her kiln and professional firing skills at a very reasonable rate, often no more than a plate of food or loaf of bread. She's currently expecting her first child and quite sickly with it.
