Mask: A fisherman in one of the many boats to make a living on the Mississippi and the Delta. He appears to be a big man with huge strong hands. He is white, about 30 years old, with blonde hair and blue eyes.

Mein: Kip is a Changeling who appears as a hybrid fish-human underneath the Mask. He is probably a water-tied Elemental.
