Vander is a fairly typical image of what one thinks of a goblin. Huge toothy smile, tiny little eyes, green skin, and a high pitch sing song like voice. Not a pleasant voice either. Unlike many goblins, Vander has a long prehensile tail. It's effectively a third hand, making the term 'sticky fingers' not fully apply in his case.
