Se-Maj has the typical elongated head of his people, but does not support the often popular top-knot.  Se-Maj shaves his head smooth.  The only hair on Se-Maj's head is a long white goatee beard and moustache in tight plaits. While in the field Se-Maj wears a set of plastoid armour under his brown robes.  His light saber's blade is green, as symbol of his progress towards becoming a Jedi Consular.

Se-Maj is a focused student of the Force.  While some of the other Padawans may explore some of their youthful rebelion, Se-Maj looks inwards to explore the Force.  His curiosity verges on obsession at times.  Master Ke-Shy would often remind Se-May to remember to talk to the other Padawans as to connect with the world around him.
