Loatha Moi is a Duros male, hairless, red eyes peering out of a smooth grey-green face. Standing approximately 1.8m or not quite 6 feet in old money, with a trim and wiry frame common to his species. He is often seen in a flight suit and helmet when out on patrol but tends to dress in a mix of brown and greys when off duty and favors a long coat and wide hat for general wear when not shipside.

Originally born on one of the great orbital cities orbiting Duro he was taken by a traveling Jedi diplomat shortly after the metamorphosis from grub to adult form. Despite being taken for training as a youngling he never progressed to Padawan and was instead reassigned to the Jedi Service Corps, particularly the Exploration Corps and that being 'More suitable to his temperament and talents.' In the time since then he has become a skilled pilot and navigator, responsible for assisting in several minor Hyperlane routs being charted. With the rise of the CIS he has been active in assisting the Republic Navy and works closely with the clones.
