History:  Luc came out of San Fran East Bay area following the fall of Warlord Saito in 2069, prior there are no records (but this can be somewhat expected due to the quakes and the Warlord's purges of metahumans).  They stayed mostly off the radar the following 6 years, with a few bylines in the East Bay Gazette starting in '73.

Style:  Glamnarok likes to put the "Glam in Glamnarok" and believes in "making the end of the world as stylish as possible".  They're often found busting out the seams of Vashon Island suits, ironically trading out the bomber jackets for a Mortimer of London Greatcoat.

No one has the heart (or maybe the balls) to tell Glam that those styles kinda clash.
