Dilay is a beautiful young woman with a gentle demeanor.  Like her sister, she has black hair, dark eyes, and tawny skin.  She also wears the brown overcoat of her people, with bright skirts and shirts in colors of rose, gold, and red.

Dilay is gentle and kind, and seems to care more about others safety than her own.  She willingly acts to help and heal those around her, but is often unaware of her surroundings.
