Rueyel of Rumethynia

Rueyel has skin the color of dusk, not unusual in the southern sunny lands he hails from. Despite being in his mid-twenties, he retains a boyish appearance, and his cobbled-together wardrobe accentuates the visual appearance of a boy playing dress-up. He is of medium height and slim, gangly build. He has the broad smile of a showman, perhaps locked in place from years practiced toothiness. Near his hips, partially concealed by a puffy white shirt lay a pair of flintlock pistols... for personal protection, of course.
