Rifts - Anchors Away!
This is a Rifts campaign set in 110PA. The campaign centers around the New Navy in its never ending struggle against the many and varied enemies on and below the seas and oceans of Rifts Earth. The PC party will consist entirely of characters that are one, actually in the New Navy and two, are special forces/SEALs. For the most part, each adventure is stand alone. Once the party completes a given mission, they will be given another which may or may not have anything to do with the previous one.I have made some changes both to the Palladium system and the Rifts setting. Nothing drastic, the changes are more in the nature of filling in rules gaps and paving over plot holes. A full list of the changes will be in one of the threads.
Detailed character generation instructions will be given in a thread but the basic info is that all PCs will be 7th level and must be an RCC/OCC that fits in a New Navy game.
