Taller than almost anyone her age Sara is often mistaken for an older, if under developed, girl.  Most presume two or three extra years.  Even after they meet her and speak to her there is some suspicion as some aspect of her social upbringing made her grow up fast more than just physically.  Clearly a lot stronger than even most adults her body type is best described as athletic but with a little extra muscle tone.
