The History


Who Is Your Father? Seamus  Làga,  Current CEO and head of Làga distillery . Her family's business.   The Làga family have been making Scotch in the Lowlands of Scotland for over 200 years.
Who Is Your Mother? Diana Làga.  Homemaker
Do You Have Siblings? No, she is the only child her parents conceived.   Though she has almost a dozen cousins that work for her.
What are your relationships with your family? Her mother always just wanted her to settle down and be a house wife like her.  Sorchas father has put extreme pressure on her to rise up and lead the family business.   Though he has been hard he is incredibly proud of her.
<b>Where Did You Grow Up? On the Làga family estate.  In Scotland, just a few Kilometers outside Edinburgh
Did You Have Childhood friends? Not really.  Though Sorcha made many friends in college.  She posses a bachelors and masters from University of Edinburgh. She has a core group that came up with her and all work for her now in various positions.
Any Notable Events That Happened In Your Life?  She started working the production line at her family's distillery.   Working and learning every aspect, from how to properly make scotch, to how the warehouse functioned.  Only after proving herself time and time again was she moved up to the executive level.  Also from an early age her father pushed her to be a polyglot like him.  She is fluent in English, Gaelic, French, German, Latin, and Ancient Greek.  She is currently trying to learn more as well.
How Did You get on the Ship? She paid for her ticket.  This is for relaxation and to get as far away from her worries as possible.
