Xiao Kang

Male and in his twenties, Xiao Kang dresses like a travelling monk: he wears a reddish sanghati and a wide straw hat to protect himself from the sun. However a knowledgeable eye can spot doesn't carry himself or fully behave as a monk, almost as if he started wearing the robes months instead of a lifetime ago... or as if he was just trying to act the part of a monk as a disguise, a suspicious soul could think.

Visible at the base of his neck and on the back of his hands is a layer of thick, black chitin - the telltale sign of his Asura blood; below the clothes the chitin continues along his arms and down his back.

He tends to keep on his own and doesnt talk much of his past - whether out of shame, shyiness or just being a very private person - but is willing to put himself even at serious risk to prove his (newfound) righteousness.
