Personality Alexa is a down to Earth free spirit who lives life to the fullest. Inquisitive by nature when Alexa pursues a story she's laser focused. In a relationship she's commited. Not the type who just sleeps with someone she wants it all.

Background Alexa is the youngest daughter of Alex and Amanda Jamison. Though her father has never claimed her. At the time of her conception her mom was having an affair with their butler. And despite solid evidence she has Jamison blood he's skeptical. This was the first investigation she ever did. At least she knows. And he shows her love in some ways like her horse. Though there's a desk drawer filled with moments from her life.

Truth be told her mom wasn't much better. It was her Aunt Donna she felt closest to. It was through her Alexa learned she had a lot in common with her Grandma Jamison. The love for the land. Alexa loves the ranch and often works with the hands in running it.

Since she was young her best friend has been her cousin Karen. Karen came to live with them after her folks died. Truth be told though they are more like sisters. And its through her that Alexa would meet a woman who would truly shape her life. Before they went to private school Karen learned of her half sister Willow Connors. And though not a blood relative became like an aunt. Though the bond between Alexa and her was stronger.

At school Alexa swam to the middle of the lake and challenged a boy to kiss her. She thought Ethan would but instead it was Tyler who became her high school sweetheart. During the four years he never wanted sex which Alexa was cool with figuring he was old fashioned. It was at a rodeo after senior year she found him with one of her rivals. It devastated her to the extreme of thinking suicide. She found her fathers gun and went to the barn. Two things stopped her. Her horse and Winston. Winston was her moms boyfriend but that night him and Alexa did things. Not full sex but only because Alexa stopped him.

At her old college she found a guy she liked but he was a professor and wasn't into her. Least she met a friend. When she heard of the Institute she signed up as it was her chance to see the world though it would be without her bff. And that truly scares her.
