John Tashiro, or 'Cryokinetic' as he is often called appears to be a blue man with white hair and cataracts over his eyes. Despite his appearance he can see and move quite well, although most people do not get close enough to find out. He generates a level of cold around him that gets worse as the person in question gets closer. The idea of physical contact seems like a bad one. He is often dressed in very light clothing, such as shorts and a t-shirt and nothing else, not even shoes. He does wear a large satchel slung on his back, and often wears sunglasses.
