Description:  Inez Santana Carapaz-Kierney has taken on the moniker of Albedo.  She's a tall, lithe woman, a pleasant mix of her Latin and Irish ancestry.  Her skin is a pale bronze and her features a rather pleasing mix of European and South American characteristics; high cheek bones, with a full mouth and almond-shaped eyes with pale irises (that shine of their own accord).  Her long limbs and athletic build are attractive and hide the fact that this individual can lift several tons.  And she can fly.  And bullets tend to bounce off of her.

Oh, and she glows in the dark.  Powered by that sun itself, Albedo can often be found patrolling the area around sunny Century Station and Valle Lindo.  Ostensibly, Albedo gained her powers through an experiment performed in Century Station; an experiment that was carried out to try and enhance humans to be able to better survive in outer space.  A former warrant officer and military aviator, Inez carries herself with an open and earnest demeanor; she's not one to mince words, though she tries not to be too blunt.

Generally, Albedo is a bubbly, seemingly care-free tween, who enjoys sunbathing and flights around the park.  She can be a touch hyper-active, is sometimes a neat-freak, and can be quite impulsive; but, she's hardly neurotic.  And Albedo is quite photogenic, especially in natural lighting. (MA:  16, PB: 17 (24 in daylight/fully charged))  She hovers almost constantly, her feet rarely touching the ground for days at a time.

She wears tear-resistant clothing, and her dark-blue and white (with a stylized star motif) costume has to be sturdy for the abuse that she generally puts it through.  She often has a pair of prototype energy pistols (or one of Doc Roller's stun pistols) strapped to her thighs.  When asked about the armaments, she merely responds with:  "Perhaps you expect me to shoot laser beams from my eyes?"

There's a starman waiting in the sky
He'd like to come and meet us
But he thinks he'd blow our minds
