Mayor Paulina Madsden is a lifelong resident of Copenhagen. A firm believer in the Danish governmental system, she rose in power from councilwoman to mayor shortly before the invasion. Now that she's here, she wants to teach these newcomers the benefits of proportional representation and democracy.
