You are a kid... in a fantasy city.Seriously, you're 8, or 12, or somewhere in-between. (Or, you know, the elf equivalent (or whatever species) of 8 or 12 or somewhere in-between. You get the idea.)
There's a weird war on somewhere in the land and everyone's stressed about it, but no one will talk about it around you-- "you're too young," "you'll understand when you're older," stuff like that.
You're either an orphan living wild in the streets, or else some or all of your friends are orphans living wild in the streets, and the adults are mostly too stressed to try to stop/catch you (mostly).
Come be a human or non-human kid in a fantasy city dealing with other gangs of street kids (your own age and teens), witches, ghosts, criminals, rats, truant (treant) officers, pirates, skeletons, wishes, curses, vampires, giant beetles, the lady in the catacombs, the brass head in the attic, and the thing under dock 15...
It's D&D meets Kids Next Door, in NO ONE TELLS ME WHAT TO DO.
