A tall woman with a trim feminine figure, Serafina looks at once distant and haughty but also beautiful.  Her complexion is a bit pale and her impractically long (if restrained) hair is an unusually light color, as are her haunting eyes.  She does not smile very often at all, and it mars her appearance.  She doesn't seem angry necessarily, just reservedly sad, like she's keeping it to herself.  Her body language never seems to relax.

She seems to care a bit for her vanity as she's careful to keep what she has clean and as neatly arranged as it can be.  Her voice has a bold quality to it; it echoes and carries well.
